1 CPSR报告 CPSR 
2 产品质量技术要求Product Specification
3 配方设计及其编号Unique internal ulation reference
4 产品标签和包装设计图Artwork（如果需要审核标签，请告知，需另外收费）
5 产品生产工艺流程 method of manufacturing
6 产品GMP证书 good manufacturing practice
7 产品无动物试验声明 Data on any animal testing pered
8 产品宣称功效证明材料（如果有），最好是报告（比如有防晒功效的，提供SPF值测试报告）proof of the effect claimed

以上资料至少是英文的。不能接受中文。
